Web Design:
All of our Websites are different and developed individually. Each Layout Design we design is unique and never repeated. We don't use pre-defined templates and we don't copy them from other websites, our Graphic Designers make their best to preserve a refined and constant line of production. There are several steps to follow within this service:
Planning
Consists on having a meeting with our client to analyze the style, colors and textures to be used and to gather all the previous graphic material in case it exists (Logos, backgrounds, textures, photos, designs, etc.) This meeting becomes a brainstorm session and we'll be open to accept any suggestion with professionalism, quality and confidentiality.
Important: Logo Design is NOT included in the Layout Design cost. All Graphic Files must be delivered in high resolution (300 or more dpi's) and in .jpg, .gif, .tif, .png, .bmp, pdf or .psd format being this last one the most convenient.
Layout "Demo" Design
During this process our Graphic Designers take a couple of days to develop a Layout "Demo" using the material provided by our clients but focused on the ideas that were originated during the Planning session. Once developed, the Layout "Demo" is published to the server as an image file and/or sent attached on an email to our client.
Layout "Demo" Revision
Our client always has the last word regarding the Layout Design. The Layout "Demo" can be modified as many times as necessary regarding the colors, theme, textures, and all graphics in general until our client is 100% satisfied. This process normally takes a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
"Final" Layout Design Approval
In this stage, our clients approve by written the Layout "Demo" so it becomes the "Final" Layout Design. After the approval all graphic files are sent to our Web Programming department and any change, update, modification or alteration to the "Final" Layout Design will cause extra charges.
