Once the web hosting package has been installed your Plesk Control Panel will be accesed like:
https://whatever-name.domain:8443
Note that there is an "s" after "http" and that you don't have to type "www"
For Example:
Let's say that your Domain is:
your-company.com
The Control Panel will be accessed like:
https://your-company.com:8443
You will be forward to a page with the Plesk logo:

| | | | Please type in your username and password. If you don't have this combination please contact us so we can send them to you.
Important: Be careful with your Username / Password combination. Consider that any person who has this information will have access to modify or even delete ALL the information of your website, emails, databases, etc. We stongly recommend that you take appropriate care.
Very Important: If you forgot your pasword, please contact us so we can send them ASAP. DO NOT click on the link called "Forgot your pasword?".
You will be forward to the Plesk Control Panel, if it is the first time you access you will have to complete some information:

| | | | Imoprtant: Please DO NOT change the Password, leave the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields empty, otherwise we won't be able to access your account for technical support. Please DO NOT change the email and telephone unless you are 100% sure you know how to handle tech reports and issues from the server.
Click "OK" to go to the next page, your "Desktop" will be displayed:

| | | | Disc Space used (in Mega bytes "Mb" or Giga bytes "Gb") is displayed at the bottom right corner under the section called "Statistics". It is important to monitor this quota from time to time. If it reaches the limit your website, email accounts, databases, etc. will stop working. To clear some space it is rcommended that you Download your emails to your computer using either Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora, etc. « more information »
If you still need more Disc Space, delete all unnecessary files of your website. If this is not sufficient please feel free to contact us in order to receive a web hosting upgrade quote.
Monthly Transfer (in Mega bytes "Mb" or Giga bytes "Gb") is displayed below as "traffic limit usage". It is important to monitor this quota from time to time. If it reaches the limit your website, email accounts, databases, etc. will stop working. If you experience too much demand on your Monthly Transfer (90 - 100%) and causes your website to stop working please feel free to contact us in order to receive a web hosting upgrade quote.
The number of allowed Domains in your account is displayed below. Feel free to contact us if you want to register and include more Domains for your account. « more information »
